Julie is the greatest. She faciliated my repairs and rental so I didn't have to lift a finger. It's nice when someone else does the heavy lifting for me. My car was restored to nearly perfect condition and I couldn't be more satisfied.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. After my initial repair, I had to return three additional times because the issues were not resolved properly. During my first visit, the front bumper was not installed correctly and had a noticeable gap across the front of the truck. I also began receiving a dashboard warning indicating a headlight issue, and the vehicle was pulling to the left after the alignment. On my second visit, the alignment problem remained. I also discovered that the access cover for one of the headlights had not been reinstalled correctly. The retaining pin was missing, and instead of securing the cover, it had simply been pushed inside the opening. After the third visit, my truck still pulled to the left and developed a noticeable vibration during acceleration. Before my fourth visit, I recorded a video clearly showing that as soon as I released the steering wheel, the truck immediately drifted left. I was told by the manager, Julie, that this was simply "normal wear and tear" for a vehicle with over 140,000 miles. I found that response unacceptable. Five star service. I almost recommend crashing your vehicle just so you can have them repair it. After getting into a no fault accident, the last thing I wanted to deal with was the repair process. CARSTAR and their staff made everything incredibly easy, like hitting the Easy Button at the office supply store. I scheduled my appointment online and received a call at 8:00 AM the next morning when they opened to confirm the details and appointment time. When drop off day arrived, the process was simple: hand over the keys, walk around the vehicle to point out the damage and any concerns, and they took care of the rest. Throughout the repair, I received regular updates from the staff regarding progress and my estimated completion date. Their timeline was spot on. When I picked up the vehicle, they provided a detailed summary of all repairs performed, along with a lifetime warranty. The entire experience was professional, efficient, and stress free. Hopefully I won't need collision repairs again anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly where I'm going.

They did such a great job on my son’s car! We were notified on a daily basis by text the status of the repairs and we got the car back a week earlier than anticipated. I will definitely use them again!

Great repairs, communication & quality work! Was easy to turn in my rental car at their location rather then having to drive it back to Enterprise, very convenient! Before & after pics attached. *Update- after driving at night, I then realized my headlights were never adjusted. One was pointing at the sky. Not a big deal, just took a screw driver on my car to adjust but may want to ask before leaving to be sure it was completed.
